Our Flagship Series of beers are some of our customers favorites, and like all our beers we rotate them. However you can be sure that you will see more than a few of these brews on tap here and at some local restaurants and liquor stores.

Thermocline Cream Ale

ABV: 6.3%
Smooth mouthfeel and evenly balanced with cluster hops. This brew is a crowd favorite for those seeking a lighter bodied beer without sacrificing small batch craft taste.

General Quarters - American IPA

ABV: 7.2%
On a navel ship, "General Quarters" is the alarm call for battle readiness. In our taproom, it means pale and amber malts blended with plenty of American Pacific Northwest hops.

Wake Zone Porter - Nitro

ABV: 5.7%
We took a batch of our Base Porter and aged it on Madagascar Vanilla and Cameron's Espresso beans. The result is a brew perfect for the start or finish of any day.

Candy Cove Kolsch

ABV: 5.3%
The Kolsch is a light German ale fermented at lager temperatures for a bright beer & clean finish.

CTZ-IPA

ABV: 6.2%
First SMASH beer to hit the tanks. Solid body and piney, resinous hop profile. Malt: Rahr Pale Ale. Hop: CTZ

Depth Finder - Dry Hopped IPA

ABV:6.8%
A classic combination of Pale, Crystal and Amber malts blend into a balanced beer that gets a dose of El Dorado, Chinook, CTZ & Cascade hops. Dry Hopped with Citra & Simcoe

Pontoon Pilsner

ABV: 5.0%
Light, bright and easy drinking. All of the pilsner malt comes from our friends at Rahr, just down the road, and the classic crisp finish owes its presence to Triple Pearl hops from Mighty Axe in Foley, MN.

Personal Flirtation De-Weisse - Cherry Raz Kettle Sour

ABV: 4.5%
Two rounds of sweet and tart fruit went into the first 5 Gallon Friday to ever get a "Crowler Release". Sweet Cherries and Raspberry Puree give a pink twist to a traditional Berliner Weisse.

Cider Style Graft

ABV:4.6%
Gluten-reduced, refreshing graf that you can enjoy on a hot MN summer day. Malted Sorghum provides the base and Select Cider lends the sweetness.

Snapped Line - English Dark Ale - Nitro

ABV: 9.5%
A solid winter warmer. 2 dozen local ginger snap cookies in the boil and 6 lbs of molasses in the boil equals a solid solstice beer

Hard Astern Full - Hazy IPA

ABV: 7.1%
Hop forward with a citrus kick. We combined Rarr Malting's North Star Pilsner with oats and wheat for a super clean finish to a visually cloudy beer. Azzaca, Citra, Simcoe, Julius, Chinook, Galaxy and Mosaic Hops make this an IPA lovers dream.
